Our Fees
We charge a one off fee of two weeks rent plus VAT which is deducted from the collection of one months rent and one months deposit in advance.
Should you wish to go on to our 24-hour management scheme please note that this will be charged at 10% plus VAT and will be deducted from the monthly rental income.
Please note that in the case of tenants introduced by us renewing a contract a renewal fee will be charged yearly at the rate agreed.
First Class Service
All our staff are motivated, hard-working and committed to delivering the result you expect. In addition, we are open for business at times convenient to our clients, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Saturdays and we offer a 24-hour service with our management option.
